I spent 10 days at this hotel. During my visit I had to work; the wifi was good so no complaints there. The bed was also comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient, if you wish to use public transport. I was on the first floor and my room had no windows which was fine as the wall blocked the noise from the road. Cleaning was superficial when it was done and, on some days, I had to request for bath gel and drinking water when cleaning wasn't done. The sheets weren't changed regularly. Unfortunately, at the time I was there, the guest opposite me was NOISY. She would open her door or stand in the corridor and talk so loudly, even banging on things to talk to her companion. I was woken up many days with a headache from her shouts. Two days before I left, when the alarm that was her voice went off, I walked to the reception to let them know that although it is no fault of theirs that she behaved badly, they were responsible to make sure all guests were comfortable and could at least ask her not to disturb others. It seemed like the staff were tired of her and immediately offered to change my room. I was taken to the second floor but the room was smaller, I could hear the cars on the road and there was no fridge. I asked if there were rooms on the other side but was told no. The room wasn't cleaned between Thursday and Saturday when I checked out and the sheets itched my body when I lay on the bed. All these things made my stay less enjoyable. May be best to only stay for a few days at this hotel.

Great service! Mr. Jason, the front office manager, assisted us not only with hotel facilities but also with information on Singapore's tourist attractions. He informed us about the tourism attractions in Singapore. Finally, he helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. He's very pleasant and supportive. I plan to return to this hotel with my family next year, and I hope to see you there, Jason!

Like the name, the hotel is nice, so close to bus pick up if you want to go strolling city by bus, and there is seven eleven nearby that open 24h. The nearest mrt station i think is Novena but im not sure, i walked to novena station like 15 to 30 minutes walk

Behaviour of hotel were perfect. I rent the room for 3 nights. Hose keeping and service was very good. I will suggest to my friends and colleagues. My suggestion is , for each room should arrange a small fridge.
